Firm
Formed in 1989, Denbeaux & Denbeaux
is a small law firm dedicated to providing
top level legal representation to
all its clients. The partners, Marcia
and Joshua Denbeaux, a mother and
son team, represent individuals and
businesses in New Jersey State and
Federal Courts.
The firm primarily practices civil
litigation, with a concentration in
business, insurance coverage and employment litigation. The litigation practice is restricted to New Jersey and New York State and Federal Courts.
Joshua Denbeaux, a member of the Guantanamo
Bay Bar Association, represents two
detainees held at the Guantanamo Bay
Naval Facility, in Guantanamo Bay,
Cuba. Joshua, with his father, Professor
Mark Denbeaux of the Seton Hall University
School of Law in Newark, New Jersey,
is the co-author of five reports regarding
the government's conduct towards their
clients and towards all the prisoners
on the base.
Joshua Denbeaux divides his practice
between State and Federal Courts in
New Jersey and District Courts around
the country. He is licensed to practice
in the United States District Courts
for New Jersey, Southern District
of New York, Eastern District of New
York, District of Columbia, Middle
District of Tennessee and the Northern
District of Florida.
He is also admitted to the 6th Circuit
Court of Appeals.

have consulted with Mark and Joshua
Denbeaux with regard to the Military
Commissions Act Hearings.
