Homeowners facing foreclosure need to educate themselves in order to

is an FOL going to cost

that purport to offer similar types of analysis. However, none of

an FOL help me?
The audit is used to uncover violations of the law governing consumer
mortgage transactions. Certain violations offer strong counter-claims
and defenses. For example, if your lender violated the Truth in Lending
Act (15 USC 1601, et seq.) it may have to dismiss your foreclosure
complaint or even extinguish the mortgage. In essence, the money you
